Step 2: Select the LLB 3YDC & 5YDC Courses section.

Step 3: Click on the Candidate Allotment Login Phase II link.

Step 5: Submit the details to access the allotment status.

Step 6: Check the allotted college and course.

Step 7: Download the allotment/joining-related document and keep a copy for future reference.

Candidates should carefully verify the allotted college, course and other details before proceeding with admission formalities.

Which Courses Are Covered Under Phase 2?

The TS LAWCET counselling process is being conducted for admission to:

  • 3-Year LLB (3YDC)
  • 5-Year LLB (5YDC)

The Phase 2 counselling process covers eligible candidates seeking admission to participating law colleges in Telangana. The official portal has separate college lists for both the 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes.

What Should Candidates Do After Seat Allotment?

Getting a seat in the Phase 2 allotment is not the final step. Candidates who have been allotted a seat need to complete the admission process within the prescribed timeline.

Candidates should:

  • Check the allotted college

First, verify the college and course mentioned in the allotment result.

  • Pay the prescribed tuition fee

Candidates who have secured a seat are required to complete the applicable fee-payment formalities through the prescribed online process. The counselling instructions state that tuition fee payment is to be made online

  •  Download the required documents

Candidates should download and preserve the allotment/joining documents generated through the counselling portal.

  • Report to the allotted college

The official Phase 2 portal states that reporting at the allotted colleges is scheduled from August 31 to September 5, 2026.

  • Complete certificate verification

Candidates must carry the required original certificates and complete the verification process at the allotted institution.

Documents Candidates Should Carry

Students reporting to their allotted colleges should keep their original documents and required copies ready. Depending on the candidate's category and eligibility, these may include:

  • TS LAWCET 2026 rank card
  • TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket
  • Allotment letter/joining report
  • Qualifying examination certificates and marksheets
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Aadhaar card or another valid identity proof
  • Category/caste certificate, wherever applicable
  • Income certificate, wherever applicable
  • Residence/local-area documents, wherever applicable
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Tuition fee payment receipt
  • Other documents specified by the counselling authority or allotted college

Candidates should check the latest instructions before reporting because document requirements may differ depending on their admission category.

Important: Phase 2 Seat May Replace Earlier Allotment

Candidates who participated in Phase 2 after receiving a seat in an earlier phase should pay close attention to the counselling rules. The counselling instructions state that if a candidate secures a seat in Phase II, they lose their claim on the earlier allotted college and must report to the newly allotted college within the date mentioned in the allotment letter. Failure to report can result in forfeiture of the claim on both the new and earlier seat. Therefore, candidates should not treat the Phase 2 allotment casually and must carefully follow the reporting instructions.

What If a Candidate Did Not Get a Seat?

Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Phase 2 should continue checking the official counselling portal for further announcements regarding leftover seats, non-reported seats or other admission opportunities, if any. The Phase 2 notification was specifically issued for eligible candidates who had not registered during Phase 1 as well as candidates participating in the subsequent counselling process.

TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Counselling Timeline

The important Phase 2 events include:

  1. Phase 2 registration and certificate verification: August 19–22, 2026
  2. Verified eligible candidates list: August 23, 2026
  3. Web options: August 23–25, 2026
  4. Editing of web options: August 26, 2026
  5. Phase 2 provisional allotment: Released
  6. Reporting at allotted colleges: August 31–September 5, 2026

The official Phase 2 schedule confirms the registration and web-option dates, while the live counselling portal currently displays the reporting window for allotted candidates.

Candidates Should Not Miss the Reporting Deadline

For candidates who have received a seat, the next few days are crucial. Merely checking the allotment result does not complete the admission process. Students should download their allotment documents, pay the applicable fee, prepare their original certificates and report to the allotted college between August 31 and September 5, 2026. Candidates are advised to rely on the official TG LAWCET/TGCHE counselling portal for any further changes or instructions related to admission. The Phase 2 allotment result is now available, so candidates should check their status as soon as possible and complete the required admission formalities within the prescribed deadline.
