Who Can Apply in the Final Phase
- Candidates who did not register in phase 1 or phase 2 counselling can register now.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in phase 2 but did not report to the allotted college are not eligible to participate in the final phase.
- Candidates who cancelled a seat allotted in phase 1 or phase 2 also cannot exercise options in the final phase.
- Final-phase web options must be submitted afresh — choices made in earlier phases do not carry over.
- Candidates satisfied with their current allotment don't need to submit fresh web options.

What Happens After Registration
