Osmania University announced the results of the TS ECET 2026 on behalf of TGCHE on May 29, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Students who took the exam can download their rank cards from the official website ecet.tgche.ac.in. A total of 17,870 students appeared for the examination. The announcement of results is very important for diploma holders and B.Sc. Mathematics graduates who want to get admission into engineering and pharmacy courses through lateral entry. Qualified candidates will be able to start the counselling process, which is scheduled to begin from June 2026.

TS ECET is held every year in the state to admit students into 2nd-year B.E./B.Tech and B.Pharmacy programmes through lateral entry. The exam was conducted on May 15, 2026, in a computer-based test format at different centres. About 95.46% of the registered students participated in the exam. Candidates are ranked based on the marks they scored in the entrance test. If two or more candidates have the same marks, the tie is broken by considering mathematics first, then physics and chemistry, and finally age.
