First-year students at St Aloysius College in Jabalpur have to pay caution money along with their first instalment of fees. Students in the science and commerce streams need to pay a caution money of ₹500, while those in the arts stream have to pay ₹300. This amount is returned to the student when they leave the institution. University enrolment fees are required for all first-year students. Students affiliated with RDVV have to pay ₹330 as the university enrolment fee.
