Re-NEET UG 2026 City Intimation Slip Expected Soon; Exam Scheduled for June 21 at neet.nta.nic.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the Re-NEET UG 2026 city intimation slip shortly on its official portal, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who are scheduled to appear for the re-examination, set for June 21, 2026, are advised to keep checking the official website regularly for any update. The city allotment slip will be the first document released before the admit card, giving students advance notice of their exam city and reporting schedule.

What Is the City Intimation Slip and Why Does It Matter

The Re-NEET 2026 city intimation slip is a pre-admit card document that informs candidates about their allotted exam city, examination date, shift timing, reporting time at the center, and gate closing time. It does not contain the complete exam centre address or centre code — those details will only appear on the admit card. Despite this, the city slip is a critical document for travel planning, especially for candidates whose allotted city may be away from their hometown. Candidates are advised to plan accommodation and travel mode well in advance once the city slip is released.

Key Details Mentioned on the City Intimation Slip

The Re-NEET city allotment slip will carry the following information: city and state of examination, date of the exam, candidate's name, application number, exam reporting time, and gate closing time. Candidates must verify all these details carefully after downloading. No change in exam city will be entertained after the city intimation slip is released.

How to Download Re-NEET City Intimation Slip 2026

Candidates can download the slip by visiting neet.nta.nic.in and clicking on the city intimation slip link for Re-NEET 2026. They will need to enter their application number and password to access the document. It is advisable to download and save the city slip for reference, though carrying it on exam day is not mandatory.

Admit Card and Refund Updates

NTA is scheduled to release the Re-NEET 2026 admit card on June 14, 2026. The admit card will carry the complete exam center address, centre code, exam day guidelines, and all relevant reporting details. Candidates who do not plan to appear for the re-examination and wish to claim a refund of their NEET UG 2026 registration fee must submit their bank details through the NEET application portal at neet.nta.nic.in by June 22, 2026. The NTA refund portal has already been activated for this purpose.

Is Re-NEET 2026 Postponed

As of now, there has been no official notification regarding any postponement of the Re-NEET 2026 exam. The exam remains scheduled for June 21, 2026. Candidates are urged to rely only on official announcements from NTA on neet.nta.nic.in and avoid unverified information circulating on social media.
