Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has released the revised provisional allotment for Punjab NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling. Candidates who have been allotted MBBS or BDS seats in Punjab medical and dental colleges must complete physical reporting by September 5, 2026. The reporting schedule has been revised by BFUHS. Earlier, candidates were required to report between August 25 and 28. The counselling process covers government and private medical and dental colleges in Punjab for the 2026-27 academic session. Only candidates who have applied under the state quota are eligible to participate.

How to Check Revised Provisional Allotment?
Candidates can follow these steps to download their allotment letter:
- Visit the official portal at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in.
- Click on the link for the Revised Round 1 Allotment.
- Enter the NEET UG 2026 Roll Number and Password.
- Submit the login details.
- Download and save the allotment letter for the reporting process.
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry the original documents along with self-attested photocopies of the following:
- NEET UG 2026 Admit Card and Scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 Certificates and Mark Sheets
- Punjab Domicile Certificate, wherever applicable
- Category and Reservation Certificates, if applicable
- Recent Passport-size Photographs
- Valid Photo ID Proof, such as Aadhaar Card
Reporting and Fee Payment Rules
- Candidates allotted seats must report physically to their respective colleges within the prescribed reporting period.
- Candidates will have to undergo a medical fitness test at the allotted college.
- They must pay six months' tuition fee at the time of reporting.
- The fee must be paid through the University Online Payment Gateway.
- Failure to complete the required reporting and fee payment formalities may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
How Can Candidates Raise Objections?
Candidates who wish to raise objections against the allotment must do so in person. They are required to visit the Admission Branch at BFUHS, Faridkot, along with supporting documents. BFUHS will not accept objections submitted through email or online mode.
