The wait is over for thousands of medical aspirants who participated in the second round of NEET UG 2025 All India Quota (AIQ) counselling. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced that the reporting and admission process at the allotted colleges has officially commenced. All candidates who have secured a seat in this round must complete their admission formalities, including document verification, by September 19, 2025. This reporting phase is a critical and mandatory step. Unlike Round 1, where candidates had a "free exit" option, a candidate who is allotted a seat in Round 2 and fails to report will forfeit their security deposit and may be excluded from subsequent counselling rounds. Therefore, aspirants are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the reporting schedule.
To ensure a smooth admission process, candidates must report to their assigned institutes with all original documents, along with a set of photocopies. The following is a list of essential documents required for verification:
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Rank Letter.
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter downloaded from the MCC website.
- Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates.
- Government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhar, PAN Card, etc.).
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable).
- Passport-size photographs (matching the ones used in the NEET application form).
- Any other document as specified in the MCC information bulletin.
Aspirants are advised to visit the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in
to download their seat allotment letter and check for any last-minute notifications from their respective colleges.
