Critical Update for NRI Applicants (Deadline: September 29, 2025):
The MCC has set a strict deadline for candidates seeking to participate in the NRI quota or requesting conversion of their nationality status from Indian to NRI for Round 3.
- Deadline: Eligible candidates must email all mandatory documents to the MCC from 11:00 AM on September 27, 2025, to 4:00 PM on September 29, 2025.
- Documents submitted before or after this specific window will not be considered.
- Candidates whose NRI status was not approved in earlier rounds must resend a fresh set of documents for Round 3 consideration. Candidates already converted to NRI status from previous rounds do not need to reapply.
Mandatory Documents for NRI Quota Consideration:
To be considered for the NRI quota, candidates must submit the following documents:
- NEET-UG Admit Card and Score Card.
- Proof of NRI status of the parent/relative (e.g., passport, visa, residence/work permit, OCI/PIO card, or NRI certificate issued by Embassy/Consulate).
- Certificate of relationship between the NRI relative and the candidate (e.g., Family Tree, issued by the competent Revenue Authority).
- Notarised affidavit from the NRI relative sponsoring the full course fees and living expenses, supported by an NRE bank passbook.
- 10th & 12th mark sheets with passing certificate.
- Birth certificate.
- Candidate's or sponsor's passport (optional).
