This admission process falls under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2025-26.
As per the latest notification released by KNRUHS, the window for online application submission, which was originally scheduled to close earlier, has been extended. Aspirants must note the extreme urgency: the absolute deadline for completing the online registration and uploading of all necessary documents is TODAY, October 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM. This is the final opportunity for eligible candidates to enter the state-level counselling process for prestigious PG seats.
Eligibility and Cut-Off Scores
The extension applies exclusively to candidates who successfully qualified in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2025 examination by meeting the minimum eligibility percentile and corresponding cut-off scores. These candidates are vying for admission into Government, Private Non-Minority, and Minority Medical Colleges affiliated with KNRUHS, Warangal, as well as seats at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad.

The mandatory Registration and Processing Fee must be paid online via Debit card, Credit card, or Net Banking:
- ₹10,000 (plus bank transaction charges) for OC & BC candidates.
- ₹8,000 (plus bank transaction charges) for SC/ST candidates.
Among the crucial documents required for successful registration are the NEET-PG 2025 Admit Card and Rank Card, the original or provisional MBBS Degree Certificate, the Internship Completion Certificate (to be completed by July 31, 2025), a valid Permanent Medical Registration Certificate from the Telangana State Medical Council, and all relevant study and category certificates. Any PG Medical Diploma Certificate should also be uploaded if applicable.
KNRUHS has urged all eligible medical aspirants who have not yet submitted their application to utilize these final few hours of the extension.
