- Seat Allotment Result: The results for the final Round 4 seat allotment are scheduled to be published on September 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
- Decision-Making and Fee Payment: Following the allotment, candidates must complete their decision-making and pay the necessary fees online between 2:00 PM on September 5, 2025, and 2:00 PM on September 9, 2025.
- Reporting to College: For candidates who have accepted their seat, the final step is to report to the allotted college for document verification and completion of the admission formalities. This must be done between 2:00 PM on September 5, 2025, and 4:00 PM on September 10, 2025.
Who is Eligible to Participate?
The Round 4 counselling is open to a specific set of engineering aspirants. You are eligible if:
- You had opted for an "Accept & Upgrade" or "Reject & Upgrade" decision in Round 3.
- You participated in previous rounds but were not allotted any seats.
- You were allotted a seat in previous rounds but failed to complete the admission process due to non-payment of fees.
- You are a supplementary candidate from the 2025 exam and have now passed your qualifying exam.
