With just hours left until the exam, candidates must meticulously review all exam day guidelines and important instructions to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

The exam is designed to assess candidates' proficiency in core science subjects, making thorough preparation and strict adherence to exam protocols essential. Aspirants should use today, July 12, 2025, to finalize their preparations and organize all necessary items for tomorrow's examination.

Exam Pattern at a Glance:

Total Questions: 90 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Sections:

  • Physics: 30 Questions
  • Chemistry: 30 Questions
  • Biology/Mathematics: 30 Questions (Candidates choose either Biology or Mathematics based on their chosen course eligibility)

Marking Scheme:

  • +1 mark for each correct answer.
  • -1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer (Negative Marking).
  • No marks will be deducted or awarded for unattempted questions.

Crucial Exam Day Guidelines:

Candidates must strictly adhere to the following guidelines to avoid any last-minute complications or disqualification:

  • Reporting Time: Arrive at the exam centre well in advance. The reporting time is typically 90 minutes before the exam commences. For example, if the exam starts at 10:00 AM, the reporting time might be 8:30 AM, with gates closing around 9:45 AM. Latecomers will strictly not be permitted to enter the examination hall.
  • Required Documents: Candidates must carry the following to the exam centre:
  1. AIIMS Paramedical 2025 Admit Card: A printed copy of the valid admit card downloaded from the official website.
  2. Valid Photo ID Proof: Original and valid photo identification (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID). The name on the ID must match the name on the admit card.
  3. Passport Size Photograph: One recent passport-size colored photograph (preferably the one uploaded during application).
  • Prohibited Items: A strict list of items is prohibited inside the exam centre:
  1. Any electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, earphones, etc.
  2. Any stationery items like textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, geometry/pencil box, writing pads, pen drives, etc. Pens will usually be provided at the centre.
  3. Eatables, including packaged food, water bottles (unless specified), or any beverages.
  4. Fashion accessories like belts with large buckles, jewelry, wristwatches, goggles, or any metallic items.
  5. Bags or purses. There might not be a facility to store personal belongings, so it's best to leave them at home or arrange for their safe keeping outside the centre.
  • Dress Code: Candidates are advised to wear light clothing to avoid suspicion and facilitate easy frisking. Avoid clothes with large buttons, full sleeves, or elaborate embroidery. Open-toed footwear like sandals or slippers are generally preferred over shoes.
  • Biometric Verification: Be prepared for biometric verification and facial recognition at the entry gate. This is a mandatory step.
  • Rough Work: Rough sheets will be provided at the exam centre. Candidates must not carry their own. All rough work must be done on these sheets only and should be handed over to the invigilator at the end of the exam.
  • Maintaining Discipline: Maintain decorum and follow all instructions given by the invigilators strictly. Any form of malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.

Candidates are strongly advised to visit their designated exam centre a day before the examination, if possible, to familiarize themselves with the location and avoid any last-minute travel stress.

The final result for the AIIMS Paramedical Exam 2025 is tentatively expected on July 20, 2025, which will then be followed by the counselling process for seat allotment. With tomorrow being the big day, aspirants should focus on staying calm, confident, and following all guidelines for a successful outcome in their pursuit of Higher Education in paramedical sciences.
