The application process, which began on November 1, 2025, is ongoing, offering candidates a flexible window to register for the multi-stage screening process.

The Three-Stage Screening Process
The AIEED screening is a comprehensive process designed to assess a candidate's holistic creative and problem-solving abilities, attitude, and communication skills. It is highly recommended for candidates who wish to secure admission early and maximize their scholarship opportunities.

- Fill out the application form (Application fee: ₹3,000).
- Upload a Statement of Purpose (SoP), sometimes in video format, detailing their motivation and career aspirations.
- Upload a Portfolio of Abilities (PoA) showcasing samples of past creative work.
- Stage 2: Online Interaction & Counselling (November – December 2025)
- This is a scheduled one-on-one or group session with an expert from the institute to assess the candidate’s communication, clarity of thought, and design aptitude. This round is currently underway for early applicants.
- Stage 3: On-Campus Situation Test & Group Discussion (April 6–18, 2026)
