The exam will be a computer-based test conducted in three separate sessions on November 30, 2025, across approximately 170 test cities in India.
Step-by-Step Registration Process:
- New Candidate Registration: Visit iimcat.ac.in and click on the "New Candidate Registration" link. Provide your name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address to receive your login credentials.
- Fill the Application Form: Log in with the generated credentials. Carefully fill in all personal, academic, and work experience details.
- Choose Programs and Test Cities: Select the IIM programs you wish to be considered for and choose up to six preferred test cities in order of preference.
- Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-sized photograph and a scanned signature, ensuring they meet the specified size and format. Candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, PwD) or those with work experience must also upload their respective certificates.
- Pay Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable application fee online. The fee is ₹2,600 for General and NC-OBC candidates and ₹1,300 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates. The payment can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, or other online payment gateways.
