The final phase of AP EAMCET 2025 counselling, which was initially set to conclude with seat allotment on September 15, has been delayed following an order from the High Court. This comes as a significant update for thousands of engineering aspirants who were eagerly awaiting the final results of the admission process.

According to the High Court's directive, the release of the final seat allotment result, self-reporting, and college admission schedule is now on hold. The court's decision was prompted by a case filed by candidates who, despite completing their intermediate education outside of Andhra Pradesh, hold domicile status in the state. These students argued that they should be considered local candidates for the counselling process, citing that they completed their Classes 1 to 10 within Andhra Pradesh and possess permanent residency documents. The court has taken up the matter, and the revised dates will be announced once a final judgment is delivered.

Key Dates to Note (Original Schedule)

While the final allotment is delayed, it's important for candidates to remember the initial schedule to understand the status of their application.

  • Online Registration and Fee Payment: Concluded on September 11, 2025.
  • Online Certificate Verification: Concluded on September 12, 2025.
  • Web Options Entry: Was available until September 12, with editing on September 13.

All candidates who have completed these initial steps should stay tuned for further official notifications from the authorities regarding the revised timeline. It is advised to regularly check the official portal for any updates on the new counselling schedule.
