The INI-CET score is accepted by all AIIMS institutes across the country, along with the following Institutes of National Importance (INIs):

Key Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Internship Deadline: The one-year compulsory rotatory internship must be completed on or before November 30, 2025.
- Minimum Aggregate Marks (for General Category): A minimum of 55% aggregate in MBBS is typically required. The final eligibility is subject to meeting the required NEET PG cut-off percentile (50th for General/EWS and 45th for Reserved Categories) to qualify for INI-CET.
- Registration: Possession of a registration certificate issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or a State Medical Council (SMC) is mandatory.
