The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) has announced the OJEE 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result for undergraduate courses. The results are available on the official website at ojee.nic.in. Students who have been allotted a seat can log in and check their allotment letters. Round 2 of the allotment process is for admission to B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan, B.Cat, and integrated M.Sc. programs. Those who have received a seat must complete online reporting by 5 PM on July 19, 2026.

This process includes paying the seat acceptance fee, uploading documents, and locking the choice. All candidates must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 25,000. This payment has to be made through the online counseling portal. If the fee is not paid by the deadline, the seat allocation from Round 2 will be canceled automatically. During the online reporting, candidates have to choose between two options: freeze and float. The Freeze option locks the allotted seat as the final choice. The float option allows the candidate to stay in the pool for possible upgrades in later rounds.

How to Complete Online Reporting by July 19?

Online reporting is done in one step on the counseling dashboard. Candidates must complete all three steps before the 5 PM deadline on July 19, 2026.

Steps to follow:

  1. Log in to the counseling portal using the application number and password
  2. Select either Freeze or Float against the allotted seat.
  3. Pay the Rs 25,000 seat acceptance fee using net banking, a debit card, a credit card, or UPI.
  4. Upload scanned copies of the required documents in the correct format.
  5. Submit the reporting form and download the confirmation slip.

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates must have scanned copies of these documents ready for upload:

  1. OJEE 2026 rank card and admit card
  2. Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
  3. Round 2 provisional allotment letter
  4. Category certificate, if applicable
  5. Nativity or residence certificate for Odisha domicile claims
  6. Recent passport-size photo and signature

What Is the Difference Between Freeze and Float?

The two options determine how a candidate moves forward in future rounds. Choosing the correct option is important because it cannot be changed later.

  • Freeze: The candidate accepts the Round 2 seat as their final choice and cannot upgrade in later rounds.
  • Float: The candidate accepts the current seat but remains in the pool for potential upgrades in subsequent rounds.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in to ojee.nic.in and download the Round 2 allotment letter.
  2. Check the institute, branch, and category carefully.
  3. Keep scanned documents ready in the correct size and format
  4. Decide whether to choose Freeze or Float based on personal preference.
  5. Pay the Rs 25,000 seat acceptance fee by 5 PM on July 19, 2026.
  6. Save the confirmation slip for future use during physical reporting.
