Not eligible:

Rules to Know Before You Lock Choices
- No new registration. Fresh registration is not offered for these rounds.
- Choices from CAP Round 3 are void. Submit fresh preferences.
- Each stray round has separate choice filling. Earlier-round choices do not carry forward.
- Joining is mandatory. The CET Cell advises filling only colleges you will actually join.
- A Round 1 allotment ends your stray-round participation. Order your list accordingly.
How to Fill Choices
- Go to mahacet.org and open the MBBS/BDS counselling section.
- Log in with your existing credentials [VERIFY exact login path].
- Review the Round 1 seat matrix.
- Enter and order your choices, then submit before 11:59 PM.
Why the Dates Changed, and the MCC Overlap
The first schedule (Notice No. 23) had Round 1 closing on 16 October. A later notice cancelled it and promised a revised schedule. The state round now runs alongside MCC’s All India Quota stray round. MCC’s stray result is scheduled for 19 October. The original notice excludes candidates allotted a seat in an All India Quota stray round. How this will be applied on 19 October is not explained in the reports I reviewed [VERIFY with the CET Cell].
After the Selection List
Allotted candidates must report in person to the allotted college with original documents and the required fees, paid by demand draft, NEFT or RTGS. Joining ends on 21 October at 5:30 PM. Resigning after 21 October attracts a penalty under the information brochure. Check the college notice for the exact documents [VERIFY].
