Maharashtra’s CET Cell has issued a revised MBBS/BDS stray-vacancy timetable. Eligible candidates can fill first-round choices on 17–18 October 2026, until 11:59 PM; the selection list is scheduled for 19 October.
Revised timetable
All dates below are in October 2026.
| Round | Fresh choices | Selection list | Physical joining |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 17–18; closes 11:59 PM | 19 | 20–21; closes 5:30 PM |
| 2 | 21–22; closes 11 AM | 22 | 23–24; closes 5:30 PM |
| 3 | 24–25; closes 11 AM | 25 | 26; hour not specified |
The penalty-free resignation cutoff is 21 October, 5:30 PM. Read Notice 27 for eligibility and exclusions; this is not a new-registration window.
Fresh choices matter.
Earlier preferences do not carry forward. Eligible candidates must submit a fresh list for each stray round. Joining an allotted seat is compulsory, so include only colleges and courses you intend to accept.
Before choosing, compare the applicable quota-wise fee with the college’s official information and the Fees Regulating Authority. Keep original documents ready; the instructions permit fees through DD or NEFT/RTGS. Review these requirements in the candidate and college instructions.
Use the official admission portal for the provisional vacancy matrix and further notices. Save your final preferences and plan reporting travel in advance. The timetable may be amended; check again before acting.
