This process is managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and can be accessed through their website, mcc.nic.in.

MCC Counselling Charges for Deemed University Seats

Every candidate must register on the MCC portal for the deemed round. There are two payments involved: a registration fee and a refundable security deposit.

How to Apply for MBBS in a Deemed University?

All MBBS seats in deemed universities are filled based on NEET UG merit. There is no restriction based on domicile or state quotas. Any Indian candidate who meets the eligibility criteria can apply through MCC.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Qualify NEET UG 2026 with the required percentile
  2. Register on mcc.nic.in during the deemed round period
  3. Pay the registration fee and the refundable security deposit
  4. List your preferred colleges and courses in order of choice
  5. Report to the allotted college with your original documents on time

Documents Required at the Reporting Stage

  1. NEET UG 2026 admit card and rank letter
  2. Mark sheets for Class 10 and Class 12
  3. Category certificate, if applicable
  4. Aadhaar or another valid government photo ID
  5. Passport-sized photographs and provisional allotment letter
