LNM Institute of Information Technology has extended the deadline for submitting online undergraduate applications to June 8, 2026, at 5 PM. Candidates are required to apply through the official admission portal at erp.lnmiit.ac.in/ugadm. The new date allows more time for applicants, and the application fee remains INR 2,000 for male candidates and INR 1,000 for female candidates. Applicants had previously had until June 8th to complete their registration after the process started on March 16, 2026, giving them nearly three months to prepare everything.
Eligible candidates must be Indian citizens and have appeared for JEE Main 2026 Paper 1 for B.E./B.Tech. They must also have scored at least 60% in both Class 10 and 12 exams. Additionally, they need to have a minimum of 60% overall in Math, Physics, and Chemistry. Also, students who will finish their Class 12 exams this year are eligible to apply. On the other hand, students with OCI status must apply through the DASA admission process instead of the regular one.

The counselling process will take place completely online and will involve multiple rounds for seat allocation. Candidates who are eligible must pay a provisional fee of INR 25,000 to take part. This fee will be used towards the first semester fees once they get an admission offer. To be considered, candidates must meet or go beyond the cutoff scores set for each round. Their merit is determined purely based on the NTA percentile score from the JEE Main 2026 Paper 1.

How to Apply for LNMIIT UG Admission 2026?
- Candidates interested in applying should fill out the online application form via the official admission portal: erp.lnmiit.ac.in/ugadm.
- While completing the application, candidates are required to pay an application fee of INR 2,000. For female candidates, the fee is INR 1,000.
- LNMIIT does not accept applications that are submitted offline or through any other method. Before submitting the application form, candidates should thoroughly read all the eligibility criteria, guidelines, and instructions.

The cost for undergraduate programs at LNMIIT is INR 2,82,000 per semester, and there's an expected 10% increase each year. If you choose the B.Tech (Hons.) with Specialization or B.Tech with Minor programs, you'll have to pay an additional INR 80,000, which is divided across the semesters. Since LNMIIT is a residential institute, all students have to stay in the hostel and eat in the mess.
The fees for electricity and internet might go up if the government raises their tariffs. Students who don't get hostel accommodation or decide to switch to day scholar status later will get a refund for hostel fees on a prorated basis.
