Kerala MDS 2026 Applications Reopened; Apply by October 16, 5 PM

CEE Kerala’s reopened MDS 2026 application window closes on 16 October 2026 at 5 PM. The official portal shows that applications reopened on October 13.
Eligible candidates should complete all five portal steps: registration, application details, fee payment, image/certificate upload, and acknowledgement printing.
Who can submit a fresh application?
The October 13 notice limits fresh applications to newly qualified candidates who also satisfy Kerala’s admission eligibility requirements.
| Category | Percentile range for fresh applications |
|---|---|
| General/UR/EWS | 29.424 or above, below 50 |
| SC/ST/OBC, including their PwD candidates | 19.424 or above, below 40 |
| General PwD | 24.424 or above, below 45 |
These are percentile bands, not marks.
Applicants who already applied under the October 6 notification must not apply again; they may upload pending documents where applicable.
Check category restrictions
Fresh community claims at percentiles 40–below 50, and PwD claims at 45–below 50, will not be accepted. July 2 applicants excluded for missing category documents cannot restore those claims now; the notice permits General-category participation without reapplying.
Newly qualified candidates included in the rank list may participate in Round 3 subject to MCC approval, without disturbing earlier allotments.
Check vacancies and finish the application
CEE’s October 15 vacancy statement lists 49 seats across its entries. This is a dated vacancy snapshot, not a promise of a seat or a fresh allotment result.
Use the official MDS application portal, read the October 13 reopening notice and check the October 15 vacancy statement. Save the acknowledgement after completing the required steps.
