Kerala LLB 2026 Second Stray Round: Register Options by October 17, 10 AM

CEE Kerala has opened second stray-vacancy option registration for both three-year LLB and integrated five-year LLB admissions for 2026–27. The window closes on October 17, 2026, at 10 AM.
The October 3 deadline in the earlier version of this article related to the previous stray round and has passed. The two new course-specific notices were issued on October 14.

Use the correct three-year LLB portal or integrated five-year LLB portal. Check the relevant rank list, eligibility and available options before submitting fresh preferences.
Who can participate?
Candidates must appear in the respective course’s rank list and satisfy prospectus clause 9. Already-admitted candidates are excluded. Candidates allotted seats in the vacant-seat allotment or first stray round are also excluded; not joining that seat does not remove this restriction.
An allotment in the second stray round cannot subsequently be changed. Allotted candidates become ineligible for later allotments, whether or not they join.
Fees and exemptions
The option-registration fee is ₹1,000. The ₹500 rate applies to SC/ST/OEC candidates eligible under the government orders specified in the notices and eligible candidates from Juvenile, Nirbhaya and Sreechithra Homes.
Candidates who submitted first-stray options but received no allotment are exempt from paying this registration fee.
Candidates receiving no allotment are eligible for a refund after the process. Those allotted a seat who fail to join, or quit after admission, forfeit the fee.
Why these options matter
CEE says options submitted now will also be considered for any subsequent college-level stray allotment; detailed instructions will follow. Include only colleges you are willing to join.
