Application Form Last Date KEA PGCET 2026: The Karnataka Examinations Authority is set to end its online application process for the PGCET 2026 by today, i.e., on April 20. Aspirants who have not submitted their Karnataka PGCET application form can still apply before the last date. Candidates can make payments till April 22 for their applications. Those who complete their application forms successfully within the stipulated period will be issued admit cards to give the PGCET exam on May 23 & 24. PGCET 2026 will be organized on May 23 for the MTech course, while MBA & MCA courses for the examination will take place on May 24.
Prior to this, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) had already extended the deadline for applying to the Karnataka PGCET 2026 examination until April 20, which was previously set until April 8. While releasing the notification for this deadline extension, KEA made it very clear that there would not be another extension for the deadline.
Documents Required for Karnataka PGCET 2026 Application Form
While filling out the Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2026, students should have all documents handy to facilitate a hassle-free application procedure. Documents that need to be uploaded on the portal include:
- SSLC/10th Marks Card - used to fill the register number and date of birth
- 12th/2nd PUC Marks Card - applicable for those who have finished the same in earlier years
- Reservation Certificate—includes caste/category certificate, income certificate, HK certificate, etc., providing RD number
- Karnataka Study Certificate - for eligibility proof as per state quota, if eligible
- Marks Cards of Degree—semester/year-wise sheets
- Degree Certificate - proof of completion of graduation
- Latest Photo in Passport Size—in .jpg format with a maximum size of 50 KB
- Signature Image - in .jpg format, with a maximum size of 50 KB
- Left Hand Thumb Impression—in .jpg format, with a maximum size of 50 KB
PGCET Application Fees for Karnataka 2026
According to Karnataka Examinations Authority regulations, if a candidate applies for one course, he/she has to make the payment of INR 700 for the same. But in case the applicant chooses more than one course, then the payment will vary from INR 700 to INR 1950 depending on the courses chosen.
The actual amount of fees payable is automatically calculated while filling out the form according to the category of the candidate and the courses opted for.
