Karnataka PGCET 2026 Claim Slip Released; Check Download Steps, Details

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the PGCET 2026 claim slip as part of the counselling process for postgraduate admissions in Karnataka. Candidates can access the claim slip through the official KEA admission portal. The claim slip contains details and claims submitted by candidates during the application process. Candidates should carefully check the information displayed on the document before proceeding with subsequent counselling activities. The PGCET 2026 claim slip is not a seat allotment order. Candidates must complete the subsequent counselling requirements, including option entry and other activities notified by KEA, before seats are allotted.

PGCET 2026 Claim Slip: Key Details

[VERIFY] The exact claim-slip release date and eligibility conditions should be confirmed from the latest KEA notice before publication.

Who Can Download the PGCET 2026 Claim Slip?

Candidates who are eligible to participate in the PGCET 2026 counselling process can access the claim slip through the KEA portal, subject to the authority's verification and eligibility conditions. The claim slip should not be confused with the PGCET rank card or seat allotment order. It is associated with the candidate's claims and details submitted during the admission process. Candidates should download the document and check it carefully before participating in subsequent counselling activities.

How to Download PGCET 2026 Claim Slip?

Candidates can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official KEA website.
2. Open the PGCET 2026 candidate login or relevant counselling link.
3. Enter the required login credentials.
4. Complete the captcha, if displayed.
5. Open the claim slip section on the candidate dashboard.
6. Download the claim slip.
7. Check all details carefully.
8. Save a digital copy and take a printout for future reference.

[VERIFY] Confirm whether KEA currently requires an application number, password, OTP or another credential combination before publication.

What Should Candidates Check on the Claim Slip?

Candidates should compare the information on the claim slip with their original application and supporting documents.

Important details to check include:

• Candidate's name
• Date of birth
• Photograph
• Category and reservation details
• Income-related claims, where applicable
• Domicile information
• Language eligibility, where applicable
• Qualifying examination details
• Degree and branch information
• PGCET rank/details, if displayed

Any discrepancy should be brought to KEA's attention through the official correction or grievance mechanism. Candidates should not wait until option entry or seat allotment to identify an important discrepancy.

What Happens After the Claim Slip?

The claim slip is one stage of the broader PGCET counselling process. Candidates who are eligible for the next stage will have to participate in the activities announced by KEA. The counselling process can include option entry, seat allotment and admission-related reporting or confirmation, depending on the course and applicable KEA schedule. Candidates should rely on the latest official KEA notification for the exact dates rather than assuming that the next activity will begin immediately after the claim-slip release.
