JAC Delhi 2026 Counselling Registration Begins for B.Tech & B.Arch Admissions

The JAC Delhi 2026-27 has started the counselling registration for admissions to B.Tech and B.Arch courses. Candidates need to register from May 28th to June 9th, 2026, until 11:30 PM.

The JAC Delhi 2026-27 has started the counselling registration for admissions to B.Tech and B.Arch courses. Candidates need to register from May 28th to June 9th, 2026, until 11:30 PM. Admissions will be based on the ranks obtained in JEE Main 2026 and will be offered at five major government colleges in Delhi. The counselling process includes registration, filling of choices, and multiple rounds of seat allocation. This gives students a chance to get admitted into some of the top engineering and architecture colleges in Delhi.

How to Register?

The candidate should go to the official website of JAC Delhi counselling and click on the option "Registration & Choice Filling". They need to enter their roll number and date of birth from JEE Main 2026, create a login account, and fill in all the required information. Once they have submitted the necessary documents, they should complete the registration form before June 9, 2026, at 11:30 pm.

Process for Choice Filling

After successfully registering, the candidate can choose and arrange their preferred institutes and branches in order of priority. It is very important to make a good choice because this will affect the seat allotment. Candidates can change their choices as many times as they want before the deadline. Having more choices can improve the chances of getting admitted. 

Criteria of Eligibility

The candidates must have taken the JEE Main Exam 2026 and must have a JEE Main ranking. They must have completed their Class 12 examinations and should have passed in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The relaxation and reservation rules for these candidates will follow the government guidelines. Both Indian citizens and those holding OCI certificates are eligible to apply for the counselling process.

Fees

The registration fee for general category candidates is Rs. 1500, while candidates from SC/ST/OBC categories will pay Rs. 750. The fees must be paid online and are non-refundable.

Key Instructions

Students must register themselves only on the JAC Delhi portal website and make sure all the information is entered correctly before submitting the form. They also need to scan their documents and select their choices as instructed on the website. Since no changes can be made after June 9, 2026, students are advised not to wait until the last moment to complete their registration.
