What Is the Haryana NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2026

This is the second seat-allocation round of Haryana's state counselling for the 2026‑27 MBBS/BDS session, conducted under DMER Haryana with Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, administering the portal. Round 2 covers candidates who registered afresh for this round, plus Round 1 allottees seeking an upgrade to a better college or course.

Seats vacated after Round 1 — including any left unfilled — were carried forward into the Round 2 seat matrix before allotment.

How to Download the Round 2 Seat Allotment PDF

Candidates can follow these steps if they are unable to use a direct result link:

• Go to the official website: uhsrugcounselling.com/Home
• Click on the Notifications tab
• Open the link for Round 2 Provisional Allotment of Seats for MBBS/BDS Courses

Basis of Round 2 Seat Allotment

Allotment in this round has been done using:

• Preferences (choices) submitted online by candidates
• Category/reservation status
• Number of seats available in the Round 2 seat matrix
• NEET UG 2026 score and rank

Candidates who already held a Round 1 seat and were upgraded in Round 2 automatically forfeit their earlier Round 1 allotment — the upgraded seat cannot be declined in favour of the older one.

Key Dates: Registration to Reporting

Candidates should treat the dates above as indicative and always cross-check them against the notification PDF on uhsrugcounselling.com, since counselling timelines can shift.

Document Verification and Fee Payment

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 are required to:

• Pay the provisional tuition fee online through the admission portal
• Appear in person for document verification at Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, with all original certificates, category/domicile documents, and the downloaded allotment letter
• Complete reporting at the allotted institute within the notified window to confirm the seat

Failure to complete verification and reporting within the deadline can result in the seat being treated as vacant and passed on to the next round.

How to Raise an Objection

Candidates who find a discrepancy in their provisional Round 2 seat allotment can raise their concern through the Admission Portal by 12:30 PM on September 14, 2026. Objections raised after this window may not be considered before the result is treated as final for reporting purposes.

What Happens After Round 2

Seats that remain vacant after Round 2 reporting are carried forward into a mop-up round, and, if seats still remain unfilled, a stray vacancy round. Candidates who miss out in Round 2 are advised to keep tracking uhsrugcounselling.com for the mop-up round notification rather than assuming the process has ended.
