Eligible candidates seeking a place in Gujarat’s fourth online stray-vacancy round for MBBS and BDS must complete registration by 10am on 17 October 2026. PIN purchase closes earlier, at 8am, and help-centre document verification ends at noon the same day. Choice filling has a separate deadline of 5pm on 19 October. Candidates must submit fresh choices for this round; their earlier choices will not carry forward.
The deadlines to follow

| Online registration | 17 October 2026, 10am |
| Help-centre verification and document copies | 17 October 2026, noon |

All times are Indian Standard Time.
Who can participate?
The registration notice covers eligible candidates who did not register in the first three rounds, and specified Round 2 allottees whose admission was not confirmed and who did not register again in Round 3. Gujarat’s admission conditions continue to apply. Candidates allotted an MBBS/BDS seat in Round 3, or with confirmed admission in any of the first three rounds, are ineligible. The committee also excludes candidates allotted seats in MCC’s All India Quota stray round.
Fresh choices are compulsory
Eligible candidates already on the merit list can fill choices from 16 October. Newly registered fourth-round candidates can begin after 5pm on 17 October, once included as eligible. Candidates must give online consent and fill a fresh preference list. Before submitting, review the current vacancies and choose only seats they are prepared to accept: the committee says a confirmed stray-round seat cannot be cancelled.
Complete verification as well as the form
PIN purchase costs ₹11,000: a ₹1,000 non-refundable charge and ₹10,000 refundable security deposit, subject to the applicable forfeiture rules. Additional requirements apply to NRI candidates.
Book the required help-centre appointment, carry the specified documents and save the registration and choice records. Completing registration alone does not complete document verification or choice filling.
Use the official counselling page, registration notice and choice-filling timetable. These notices do not provide an allotment-result date.
