The last date to complete the Round 2 registration process is September 5, 2026. Candidates who missed Round 1, did not receive a seat in the first round, or wish to upgrade their Round 1 seat can participate in the second round.

The PIN must be purchased online through the official portal. The payment has two clear components. One part is a service charge and the other is a refundable deposit.

The security deposit is returned to the same bank account used at PIN purchase. Refund is processed after the counselling cycle closes, subject to committee rules.

Who Can Apply for Gujarat NEET UG Round 2?

The Round 2 registration facility is available to:

• Candidates who did not participate in Round 1.
• Candidates who participated in Round 1 but were not allotted a seat.
• Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 and want to participate for seat upgradation.

Applicants must have qualified NEET UG 2026 with the minimum required percentile and fulfil the applicable Gujarat domicile and eligibility requirements. Candidates applying under NRI or OCI categories must also meet the specific eligibility conditions prescribed for their respective categories.

How to Purchase PIN and Register for Gujarat NEET UG 2026 Round 2?

Candidates can complete the PIN purchase and registration by following these steps:

1. Visit the official website at medadmgujarat.org.
2. Click on the UG Medical Admission link.
3. Select the option to purchase a new PIN.
4. Pay the prescribed ₹11,000 fee through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
5. Note down the 14-digit PIN generated after successful payment.
6. Log in using the 14-digit PIN.
7. Complete the online registration form.
8. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
9. Submit the application form.
10. Download and save the registration slip for future reference.
11. Candidates are advised to use a stable internet connection while purchasing the PIN and making the payment to avoid transaction-related issues.

Documents Required for Round 2 Verification

From Round 2 onwards, candidates are required to produce original documents for verification. DigiLocker copies and photocopies alone will not be accepted.

Candidates should carry the original documents along with one set of attested photocopies, including:

• NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• School leaving certificate
• Gujarat domicile certificate or proof of Gujarat residence
• Caste, EWS or PwD certificate, wherever applicable
• Medical fitness certificate in the prescribed format
• PIN payment receipt
• Round 2 registration slip
