Quick Snapshot

How the Round 2 Timeline Played Out

Checking Your Allotment Result

1. Visit the official website, gujacpc.admissions.nic.in
2. Click the link for BE/BTech Round 2 seat allotment result
3. Enter your application number, password, and date of birth
4. Your allotment letter, showing college and branch, will appear on screen
5. Download it and save a printout, you'll need it for admission

Confirming Your Seat: What You Actually Need to Do

Here's the part that really matters, admission confirmation isn't optional if you want to keep the seat you've been allotted. Candidates need to pay a tuition fee token amount online through the portal, then physically report to the allotted institute with original documents for verification. Skip the confirmation window, and the seat gets cancelled, no exceptions.

Documents to Carry While Reporting

• Round 2 seat allotment letter
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
• GUJCET 2026 or JEE Main 2026 scorecard
• School leaving certificate
• Category, EWS, or non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile and identity proof
• Fee payment receipt

What the ACPC Analysis Reports Tell You

Alongside the result, ACPC has also released four analysis documents that are genuinely worth a look before deciding your next move:

• Rank-wise allotment and reporting status
• Institute-wise allotment and reporting status
• Program-wise allotment and reporting status
• Overall allotted and reporting summary

These files let you check closing ranks for your preferred college and branch, useful context whether you're confirming this seat or weighing your options for the next round.

Should You Freeze This Seat or Wait for the Next Round?

This is the real decision point for a lot of candidates. Seats that stay vacant after Round 2 reporting move into the next round, so if you're not happy with what you've got, there's still a path forward. But here's the catch: confirming or freezing your Round 2 seat locks you in and takes away the option to move further. So it's worth thinking this through carefully rather than confirming on autopilot.

Your Immediate To-Do List

• Log in to gujacpc.admissions.nic.in and download your Round 2 allotment letter
• Read the July 15, 2026 confirmation notice on the ACPC website carefully
• Pay the token tuition fee online within the confirmation window
• Get all original documents together for verification
• Report to your allotted institute before the deadline to secure the seat

What to Watch For Next

Keep checking the ACPC portal for the next round schedule, the vacant seat list, and any notice about spot rounds or mop-up rounds for BE/BTech admissions 2026-27. If Round 2 didn't work out the way you hoped, these updates will matter a lot.
