To take part in the first round of GGSIPU counselling in 2026, candidates must pay a non-refundable fee. They need to pay ₹1,000 for the counselling and ₹500 for the registration processing fee. Payments can be made online through net banking, a debit or credit card, or UPI.

• First, they should visit the official counselling website at ipu.admissions.nic.in.
• From there, they click on the link for new candidate registration. 
• Then, they enter their personal details, academic history, and IPU CET 2026 results. After that, they need to upload the required documents in the correct format. 
• Once that’s done, they proceed to make the payment and submit the application form. 
• Finally, they have to list their preferred courses and colleges within the given time frame.

• If the fees are not paid, the candidate will not be eligible for seat allotment.

• Then, download the counselling notification that matches your IPU CET code.
• Collect your IPU CET 2026 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, and a valid ID.
• Pay the counselling fee of Rs 1,500 before the deadline.
• Between June 2 and June 9, 2026, select your preferred courses and institutes.
• On June 12, 2026, check the website for your seat allocation results.
