Form Correction Window for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Now Active on NTA Portal

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has provided a vital opportunity for students to ensure their exam details are perfect. As of March 5, 2026, the Candidate Data Adjustment window is officially open on the NTA website. This allows applicants for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 to rectify any mistakes made during the initial registration phase. This Application Accuracy Window is a one-time facility and is crucial because errors in the form can lead to rejection at the time of admission. The Exam Entry Lockdown will follow shortly after this window closes, making it the final chance for students to modify their personal or academic information. According to the official JEE Main portal, students can log in using their application number and password to access the Candidate Data Adjustment tools. This Application Accuracy Window covers fields like category, exam city preference, and educational qualifications. It is important to note that the Exam Entry Lockdown ensures no further changes are made once the admit cards are generated. Any changes made during the Candidate Data Adjustment might require an additional fee depending on the category shift.

The Application Accuracy Window is specifically for those who have already completed their Session 2 payment. During the Candidate Data Adjustment, students should pay close attention to their uploaded documents. The Exam Entry Lockdown protocol prevents any manual intervention after the deadline, so digital accuracy is a must. Candidates can verify the latest guidelines on the National Testing Agency homepage to see which fields are editable. The Application Accuracy Window is often busy, so using a desktop computer rather than a mobile phone is recommended for the Candidate Data Adjustment. Once the Exam Entry Lockdown is active, the NTA will begin the process of center allocation based on the updated data. This Application Accuracy Window is a standard part of the national testing cycle to help students avoid stress.
