The Central Placement Cell (CPC) of Delhi University (DU) has invited applications for a fresh round of undergraduate and postgraduate internship and placement opportunities. Eligible students from various DU programs can apply through the university's official placement portal, placement.du.ac.in. According to the university's announcement, salary packages on offer go up to Rs 7.5 lakh per year, while internship stipends can go up to Rs 25,000 per month.
The openings span multiple fields, including psychology, business development, sales, and marketing, and are aimed at giving students hands-on industry exposure while boosting their career prospects through structured internships and full-time employment pathways.

Opportunities on Offer
Several organizations are currently hiring DU students through this drive. Here's a quick look at what's available:
| Organisation | Role/Eligibility | Location | Stipend/Package | Deadline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Be Quotient | Internship for BA/MA Psychology and related degree holders (3-6 months) | Mumbai (hosted internship) | Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000/month | Not specified |
| Planet 9X Technologies | Internship for BBA and BCom students | New Delhi | Rs 25,000/month plus performance-based incentives | July 29, 2026 |
| Internzvalley | Business Development Intern (Sales & Marketing) and Business Development Associate for DU 2023-27 batch students | Bengaluru | Rs 15,000/month plus incentives up to Rs 10,000 | Not specified |
At Internzvalley, candidates who successfully complete their internship and probation period stand to be offered a full-time role with a CTC of Rs 7.5 lakh per annum.
Why This Matters for Students
This placement drive gives DU students across disciplines — not just those from business or commerce backgrounds — a chance to gain paid, practical work experience before graduating. The mix of short-term internships and internship-to-full-time-job pathways, particularly at Internzvalley, means students can use this opportunity to build both their resumes and long-term career options without having to wait until after their final semester.
What Students Should Do Now
Given that at least one of the opportunities, the Planet 9X Technologies internship, closes on July 29, 2026, interested students should visit the CPC portal without delay to check eligibility criteria for each opening. It's worth reading the requirements carefully before filling out the application form, since roles differ significantly in eligibility, location, and stipend structure. Students should also keep their resume, academic records, and any other commonly requested documents ready, so the application process can be completed quickly once they identify a suitable opening. Regularly checking placement.du.ac.in is advisable as well, since the CPC is likely to keep adding fresh opportunities throughout the placement season.
