Important Instructions for Exam Day
The CUET PG 2026 is conducted in multiple shifts. Candidates should note that the Reporting Time mentioned on the hall ticket is usually 60 to 90 minutes before the actual commencement of the test.
- Valid ID Proof: You must carry a physical, original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN Card). A digital copy on a phone is not valid.
- The "No Correction" Rule: If you notice a discrepancy in your photograph or signature on the admit card, you must immediately contact the NTA Helpdesk at cuet-pg@nta.ac.in, as mismatched credentials can lead to a denial of entry.
- Subject-Specific Requirements: Ensure you are appearing for the correct "Paper Code" (e.g., SCQP01 for Life Sciences) as per the university eligibility you selected during registration.
What After the Exam?
Following the exam window, the NTA will release the Provisional Answer Keys. This will be the only time students can challenge the official answers by paying a non-refundable fee per question. For those aiming for prestigious institutions like Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) or Banaras Hindu University (BHU), remember that the CUET score is only the first step; you will need to register separately on the university's individual admission portal once results are out.
