The CU Jammu prospectus explains all the fees for the different programmes the university provides. It includes various fields like humanities, sciences, management, engineering, and education. Each course has its own yearly tuition fee along with some one-time charges. Some of the main programmes listed are a BTech in Computer Science Engineering, integrated B.Sc-M.Sc programmes in both pure and applied sciences, MBA (Master of Business Administration), MA programmes in humanities and social sciences, M.Sc programmes in life and physical sciences, MEd and BVoc courses, PG Diploma in Cyber Forensics, and PhD programmes in different departments.

Now, what exactly is included in these fees?

The fee covers both academic and non-academic costs. The academic part includes tuition, registration, and exam fees, which are split per semester. Non-academic costs cover hostel rent, mess fees, and refundable security deposits. If a student leaves before completing their course, there's a refund policy mentioned in the prospectus. Usually, integrated programmes are more expensive because they take more time to finish. It's recommended to check the specific fees for each programme before making a decision.

Eligibility for CU Jammu Admission 2026-27

To apply for CU Jammu in 2026-27, you first need to check if you meet the eligibility criteria. If you're applying for undergraduate courses, you must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board. The minimum marks required depend on the programme, and you can find the exact details in the official prospectus. For BTech courses, you also need to have studied physics, chemistry, and mathematics in your 12th grade. If you're applying for postgraduate courses, you must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The minimum marks required vary, and you can check the details in the prospectus. For PhD programs, you need a master's degree along with a valid CUET PG score.

When applying, you will need to submit several documents.

These include your Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, your graduation mark sheet, your CUET scorecard, and for BTech, BArch, and BPlanning courses, your JEE Main scorecard. You should also include proof of your category, a recent photograph, a scanned signature, and a form of identification like an Aadhaar card.

How to Apply for CU Jammu PG Admission 2026?

To apply for postgraduate courses, you need to take the CUET PG 2026 exam first. Once you pass the exam, you will receive a scorecard from NTA. After that, CU Jammu will open a special admission portal for different programs.

How to Apply for CU Jammu UG Admission 2026?
