COMEDK BArch Round 4 Counselling 2026: Important Dates

COMEDK advises candidates to regularly check its website because the counselling schedule is subject to change.

Who Can Participate in COMEDK BArch Round 4?

The official Round 4 rules cover candidates based on their counselling status.

• Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Rounds 1, 2 or 3 and receive their first allotment in Round 4 can choose between Accept & Freeze and Reject & Withdraw.
• Candidates with Accept & Upgrade or Reject & Upgrade status have different Round 4 conditions. If they receive a Round 4 allotment, they are required to accept and join the allotted college under the applicable rules.
• Candidates should therefore check their individual counselling status before making choices.

COMEDK BArch Round 4 Vacant Seats

COMEDK has published the Architecture vacant seats after Round 3 allotment, notified on September 2, 2026. Candidates should review the latest vacant-seat information before arranging their Round 4 preferences. The vacant-seat document is particularly important because the Round 4 choice-filling window is limited to 24 hours, from September 7 at 2 PM to September 8 at 2 PM.

How to Participate in COMEDK BArch Round 4?

Candidates should complete the process through the official COMEDK counselling portal.

1. Visit the official COMEDK website.
2. Open the Architecture counselling section.
3. Log in to the candidate portal using the required credentials.
4. Check the latest Architecture vacant-seat information.
5. Review and arrange your college preferences.
6. Submit or edit the choices during the Round 4 window.
7. Ensure that the choices are saved before the September 8, 2 PM deadline.
8. Check the allotment result from September 9, 4 PM.
9. Complete decision-making and fee payment, where applicable.
10. Report to the allotted college within the specified reporting period.
11. Candidates should not wait until the final hours to complete choice filling because the Round 4 window is short.

What Happens After Round 4 Allotment?

Candidates who receive an allotment must follow the decision-making rules applicable to their counselling status. For candidates receiving an allotment for the first time in Round 4, COMEDK provides the options of Accept & Freeze or Reject & Withdraw. Candidates under the specified upgrade categories who receive a Round 4 seat have to join the allotted college. COMEDK has also specified that there is no seat cancellation option during or after Round 4. Candidates should therefore review their choices carefully before submitting them.

COMEDK BArch College Reporting
