If students do not report for verification within the two-day window, they will lose their allocated seat. The provisional allotment will automatically be cancelled in such cases, and the Board does not offer any extension.

• A printed copy of the Round 2 provisional allotment letter (three copies)
• A printed copy of the UGEAC 2026 online counselling form
• JEE Main 2026 scorecard and rank card
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
• Bihar domicile certificate from the competent authority
• Category certificate for candidates in reserved categories
• Aadhaar card or any government-issued photo identity proof
• Six recent passport-sized photographs matching the image in the counselling form

How to Download the UGEAC 2026 Round 2 Allotment Letter?

The allotment letter serves as entry proof for the reporting centre. Candidates should download and print it before the reporting date.

Steps:

1. Go to the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the UGEAC 2026 Round 2 seat allotment link.
3. Enter your user ID, password, and the security captcha.
4. The Round 2 provisional allotment letter will appear on the screen.
5. Download the letter and take at least three printed copies.

How to Report for Document Verification and Admission?

Reporting must be done in person at the college mentioned on the allotment letter. Online reporting is not allowed for this round.

1. On July 20 or 21, 2026, during working hours, reach the assigned institute.
2. Submit the original documents along with self-attested copies for verification.
3. Pay the admission fee required by the college.
4. Collect the acknowledgement slip given by the reporting officer.
5. Keep a copy of the slip for future reference in case of any issues.
