Previously, the last date was June 4, 2026, but this extension gives more students time to finish their application process. To apply, candidates must have already passed the CUET PG 2026 exam and have BHU as their preferred university. The registration for PG 2026 admissions at BHU began on May 19, 2026.

 The entrance test for postgraduate programmes is called CUET PG, and it is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Which Programmes Are Covered Under BHU PG 2026? 

The CUET PG 2026 score is used as the base for most BHU PG admissions. The following programmes are included:

  • Master of Arts (MA) in humanities and social sciences
  • Master of Science (MSc) in science and applied science fields
  • Master of Commerce (MCom)
  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
  • Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and Master of Performing Arts (MPA) 
  • Other postgraduate diploma and specialised programmes listed in the official bulletin MBA, MTech at IIT BHU, and medical postgraduate seats have separate admission processes.
