The Directorate of Technical Education Assam (DTE Assam) has announced the Assam Combined Entrance Examination (Assam CEE) 2026 Round 1 seat allotment result. The result is now available on the official counselling website at dte-assambtech.samarth.edu.in.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat must accept it online through the portal. After accepting, they need to pay the acceptance fee and go to the college where they were allotted a seat. The last date to accept the seat and report to the college is July 31, 2026.
The seat allotment depends on the candidate's rank, the choices they filled, and their category. If a candidate does not accept the seat or report by July 31, they will lose their allotted seat.

How to check the Assam CEE 2026 Round 1 seat allotment:
- Go to the official website at dte-assambtech.samarth.edu.in.
- Click on the candidate login link on the homepage.
- Type in your Assam CEE 2026 roll number and password.
- Look for the seat allotment tab on the dashboard.
- Download the provisional allotment letter for your records.
How to accept the allotted seat and report:
Candidates must accept their seat online before going to the college.
This option is available in the candidate login section. Once the seat is accepted, they should pay the counselling fee through the portal.
After the payment is done, print the provisional allotment letter. They must carry this printed letter to the college for reporting. Reporting includes checking documents and paying the full course fee.
Admission is only confirmed after the college checks all original documents. Candidates who do not report on time will lose their seat.
Documents required at the reporting centre:
- Assam CEE 2026 rank card and admit card
- Printed provisional seat allotment letter
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
- Category certificate issued by Assam authorities, if applicable
- Domicile certificate and PRC issued in Assam
- Passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID proof
