Candidates can complete the counselling registration process through the official portal at cap.apcfss.in. The AP PGCET 2026 Phase 1 counselling registration window will remain open for six days this month. The counselling process covers admission to more than 150 postgraduate courses offered across 17 state universities in Andhra Pradesh.

AP PGCET 2026 Counselling Fee

The Phase 1 processing fee is non-refundable. Candidates must pay it online during registration. The category-wise amount is listed below.

Payment is accepted through debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking. Candidates should save the transaction receipt for future reference.

Who Is Eligible to Register for AP PGCET 2026 Counselling?

• Candidates must fulfil the prescribed eligibility requirements to participate in Phase 1 counselling.
• Candidates must have qualified in the AP PGCET 2026 examination.
• Candidates must possess a valid APSCHE rank card.
• Candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed for their preferred postgraduate course at the respective university.

How to Register for AP PGCET 2026 Counselling?

Candidates can complete the registration process online by following these steps:

• Visit the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in.
• Click on the AP PGCET Admissions link available on the homepage.
• Log in to the candidate portal using the AP PGCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
• Verify the personal and academic details displayed on the dashboard.
• Pay the non-refundable processing fee applicable to the candidate's category.
• Upload scanned copies of the required certificates for verification.
• Submit the registration form and complete the online counselling process.
• Candidates whose details have been successfully verified will see the message "Candidate is eligible for exercising options" on the portal.
• Applicants whose information requires manual verification will have to report to a notified Help Line Centre for document verification.

Candidates should keep the following documents ready for the verification process:

• AP PGCET 2026 rank card
• AP PGCET 2026 hall ticket
• Qualifying degree marks memo
• Provisional certificate issued by the respective university
• Transfer certificate
• Study certificates from Class 9 onwards and graduation
• Income certificate, if applicable
• Caste certificate, if applicable
