The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has begun the registration process for the first phase of the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 counselling on the official website at cap.apcfss.in. Those who have passed the AP EAPCET 2026 exam can sign up and pay the processing fee until July 29, 2026. Registration is the first step in the online counselling process for engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy seats in Andhra Pradesh. Only those who have qualified the AP EAPCET 2026 exam are allowed to take part in this admission round. After registration, candidates need to go through certificate verification from July 22 to July 31, 2026. The option to choose courses online will be available from July 25 to July 31, 2026. The result of the first phase of seat allotment will be announced on August 6, 2026.

AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling Processing Fee

Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee at the time of online registration. The fee depends on the candidate's category and can be paid via online methods like net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

Which documents are required for AP EAPCET 2026 counseling?

Candidates should have scanned copies of all supporting documents ready before starting the registration process. If any documents are missing, it may delay the verification process and the online option filling.

  1. AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card and Hall Ticket
  2. Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
  3. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last school attended
  4. Aadhaar Card
  5. Caste Certificate for BC, SC, or ST candidates
  6. Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2023 for fee reimbursement
  7. EWS Certificate valid for 2026-27 from Meeseva for OC candidates claiming EWS
  8. Residence Certificate of parents showing 10 years of stay in Andhra Pradesh for non-local candidates

How to Register for AP EAPCET 2026 Counseling?

The registration process is entirely online and takes place on the APSCHE counseling website. Candidates should follow the steps carefully to avoid any mistakes.

  1. Visit the official website at cap.apcfss.in.
  2. Click on the AP EAPCET 2026 registration link on the homepage.
  3. Enter the AP EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, Rank, and date of birth.
  4. Fill in personal, academic, and reservation details as required.
  5. Upload the necessary documents in the specified format.
  6. Pay the processing fee online via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
  7. Download and save the confirmation slip for future use.

How Does Certificate Verification Work?

Documents linked to government databases will be checked automatically during registration. Candidates with such documents don't need to go to a helpline center in person. Those with mismatched data, special reservation claims, or unverified documents must bring the originals to their assigned helpline center. Physical verification will take place from July 22 to July 31, 2026.
