Published 30 Oct 20263 min read

AIIMS New Delhi will conduct the INI CET 2026 computer-based test on November 1, 2026, for admission to postgraduate medical programmes (MD, MS, MDS, DM, MCh) at Institutes of National Importance. The admit card was released on October 26, 2026, on aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates must carry a printed admit card and an original valid photo ID—failure to produce either may result in denied entry.
Candidates should check their individual admit card for reporting time, exam centre address, and shift details before travelling. Entry will not be permitted after the specified closing time.
Documents to Carry
Only two items are mandatory for entry:
Printed admit card: A clear printout of the INI CET January 2027 admit card with the required declaration completed and signed.
Original valid photo ID: An original, valid identity document accepted under official examination instructions. Accepted IDs typically include Aadhaar, PAN card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, or Passport. [VERIFY] — check admit card for the exact list of accepted IDs.
Important: Do not rely on a digital copy of the admit card on your mobile phone. A physical printout is required. Verify that your name, candidate details, examination centre address, and reporting time are correctly printed on the hall ticket.
Prohibited Items
Do not carry the following to the exam centre:
- Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any unauthorised electronic gadgets
- Books, notes, calculators, or study materials
- Personal stationery (do not assume pens, paper, or other items will be allowed)
Check your admit card instructions for the complete list of prohibited items. Carrying prohibited items causes delays during security checks and may lead to disqualification.
Entry and Security Process
Candidates must cooperate with examination staff during frisking, identity checks, and biometric or iris verification, wherever required. Plan your journey to allow sufficient time for traffic, security checks, and verification. Late entry will not be permitted after the specified closing time.

- Read all instructions printed on the admit card for prohibited items and exam day rules.
- Leave prohibited items at home. There is no facility to store personal belongings at most centres.
