How to Complete Online Reporting and Pay the Fee?
Online reporting is a must for every candidate who has received an allotment. If you skip this step, your seat will be automatically cancelled.

- Choose either the freeze or float option as you prefer.
- Pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 25,000 through online methods like net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

Freeze and Float Options Explained
Candidates who accept their Round 3 allotment can choose between two options during the online reporting process. Since this is the final round, there will be no opportunity for upward movement. Choosing Freeze means you accept the current seat and will not be considered for any changes. Float has the same effect in this final round because there are no more rounds after this. If you do not want to join, you should skip the reporting process to free up the seat.
