The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (OJEEC) has announced the results for the third round of seat allotment for Lateral Entry courses in the OJEE 2026 exam. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website at ojee.nic.in. This round includes four streams: LE-Tech (Diploma), LE-B.Sc., Integrated MBA, and Working Professionals. This is the last round of counselling for OJEE 2026. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete their online reporting between August 1 and August 3, 2026, by 5 PM. They also need to physically report to their assigned institute by August 3, 2026.

Allotted candidates must pay the part admission-cum-seat confirmation fee to lock their seat. The fee is adjustable against the total tuition fee at the allotted institute.

How to Check the OJEE 2026 Round 3 Lateral Entry Allotment Result?

Candidates can check their allotment status by logging into the official website.

The steps below apply to all streams included in this round.

  • Visit the official OJEE portal at ojee.nic.in.
  • Click on the link for the Round 3 seat allotment for lateral entry courses.
  • Log in using your application number and password.
  • You will see the name of the allotted institute, branch, and category on the screen.
  • Download the provisional allotment letter for future use.

How to Complete Online Reporting and Pay the Fee?

Online reporting is a must for every candidate who has received an allotment. If you skip this step, your seat will be automatically cancelled.

  • Log in to the counselling portal at admissions.nic.in.
  • Choose either the freeze or float option as you prefer.
  • Pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 25,000 through online methods like net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
  • Upload the scanned copies of the required documents.
  • Download the reporting slip and admission intimation letter.

Documents Required During Reporting

Candidates must bring the original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies to the allotted institute.

These include:

  • OJEE 2026 rank card and registration slip
  • Provisional allotment letter and admission intimation slip
  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
  • Diploma or graduation mark sheets for LE-Tech and LE-B.Sc.

Freeze and Float Options Explained

Candidates who accept their Round 3 allotment can choose between two options during the online reporting process. Since this is the final round, there will be no opportunity for upward movement. Choosing Freeze means you accept the current seat and will not be considered for any changes. Float has the same effect in this final round because there are no more rounds after this. If you do not want to join, you should skip the reporting process to free up the seat.

  • Log in to ojee.nic.in and check your Round 3 allotment status.
  • Download the provisional allotment letter immediately after logging in.
  • Arrange payment of the Rs 25,000 seat acceptance fee through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

  • Physically report at the allotted institute with the original documents by August 3, 2026.
