The counselling window is now open at aiimsexams.ac.in, and eligible candidates can choose their preferred campus and course here. This comes after the Paramedical 2026 results were announced on July 10.

The entrance exam was conducted on July 4, 2026, and only those who passed the exam can take part in this process. During the choice filling stage, candidates are asked to rank their preferred AIIMS campuses and courses in order of priority. The final seat allotment is based on these preferences, along with the candidate’s rank and the rules for category reservations. The counselling process is entirely online and happens in three main rounds.

If there are still seats left after the third round, there will be a spot round for those candidates. AIIMS offers a total of 725 BSc Paramedical seats across all its campuses.
