Candidates who passed can now check their scores and ranks by logging in with their application number and date of birth. The third round of e-counselling for choice filling has started today, July 10, 2026. The Phase 3 exams took place on July 4 and 5, 2026, for students aiming for B.Tech admissions at SRM Group campuses. This is the last phase of the SRMJEEE 2026 exams, and the results were made public shortly after the tests. Students now have to make their decisions about which campus and branch they want to join before the deadline.

How to Check the SRMJEEE 2026 Phase 3 Results

The results are available on the official SRMIST admissions website. Candidates need only two pieces of information to access their results: their application number and date of birth. The scorecard includes the total score, marks per section, and All India Rank.

• Click on the Phase 3 result login link on the homepage.
• Enter your application number and date of birth.
• Submit the details to view your scorecard.
• Download and save the scorecard for use during counselling.

How to Participate in the Third Round Choice Filling

Only those who passed Phase 3 and have completed e-counselling registration can fill their choices. Registration requires a non-refundable fee of Rs 10,000, which can be paid online.Once registered, candidates can access the branch and campus preference module.

Steps to register for e-counselling

• Log in to the e-counselling portal using your SRMJEEE credentials.
• Pay the counselling registration fee of Rs 10,000 through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
• Open the choice filling tab and select your preferred campuses.
• Add branch preferences in the order you want them considered.
• Review the filled choices carefully before submitting.

Lock your choices before the July 11, 2026, deadline. Choices not locked by then will be auto-locked by the system, and these cannot be changed later. Candidates are advised to manually lock their choices after confirming all entries.

Campuses and Branches on Offer

SRMJEEE 2026 offers seats at various SRM Group campuses. Each campus has its own set of B.Tech programs. Students can list their preferences across multiple campuses in a single choice-filling form. 

What Happens After Seat Allotment?

The seat allotment result will be published on July 14, 2026. Candidates who are allotted a seat must accept it and pay the admission fee within the given time. Failure to pay the fee will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat. Candidates should have their original documents such as Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, ID proof, and the SRMJEEE scorecard ready. These are verified either online during provisional admission or on campus during physical reporting. Any mismatch in details can lead to the cancellation of the seat.
