The Maharashtra CET Cell has opened fresh Round 3 choice filling for state MBBS and BDS admissions based on NEET UG 2026. Maharashtra NEET UG Round 3: Important Dates
| Activity | Date and time |

What Candidates Must Do Now
- Log in to the official admission portal and fill fresh college and course preferences.
- Submit the choices before 11:59 PM on 9 October 2026.
- Do not rely on Round 2 choices, as they are no longer valid.
Round 2 Choices Are Not Carried Forward
The CET Cell has stated that Round 2 choices are invalid for Round 3. Candidates who want to be considered must submit a fresh list of preferences.
Round 3 Allotment Ends Participation in Later Rounds
A Round 3 allotment removes the candidate from later rounds. This applies whether or not the candidate joins the allotted seat. Candidates should therefore finalise their choices carefully before submitting. [VERIFY: whether this covers all later rounds including mop-up/vacancy rounds]
Joining Process After the Selection List
The CAP Round 3 selection list is scheduled for 11 October 2026. Allotted candidates must report in person between 11 and 14 October 2026, until 5:30 PM, with original documents and the required fee. The exact document list and fee should be confirmed from the official notice. [VERIFY]
