GATE 2027 Application Fee Structure

The application fee is billed per test paper chosen by the candidate. Transactions must be processed online through net banking, debit cards, credit cards, or UPI.

All Other Candidates (Including Foreign Nationals): INR 2,000 per test paper

How to avail GATE 2027 application fee concession for PwD category

To avail application fee concession under the PwD category, the candidates should attach a recently obtained proper PwD certificate, which is required to be submitted to the admitting institute at the time of admission. Benefits will be offered to someone with benchmark disability, i.e., not less than 40% impairment irrespective of the type of disability. The onus of verifying PwD certificate lies with the admitting institute. The GATE 2027 Committee is NOT responsible for any incorrect declaration of the PwD status of candidates. PwD candidates may consult Unique Disability ID (UDID) scheme of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India for more information. Authorities Empowered to issue certificate for recommendation of scribe and/or compensatory time for persons with disabilities and have limitation in writing.
