Candidates who qualify for the UPESPAT 2026 selection and counselling process must carry the following documents for verification. All documents should be submitted in original along with self-attested photocopies.
- UPESPAT 2026 Admit Card
- UPESPAT 2026 Scorecard / Result printout
- Class 10 Marksheet and Passing Certificate (for date of birth proof)
- Class 12 Marksheet and Passing Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Character Certificate from the last attended institution
- Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID)
- Passport-size Photographs (recent, as per application form)
- Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS), if applicable
- Domicile Certificate (if required by the university norms)
- Medical Fitness Certificate
