    Documents Required at UPESPAT 2026 counselling

    Candidates who qualify for the UPESPAT 2026 selection and counselling process must carry the following documents for verification. All documents should be submitted in original along with self-attested photocopies.

    • UPESPAT 2026 Admit Card
    • UPESPAT 2026 Scorecard / Result printout
    • Class 10 Marksheet and Passing Certificate (for date of birth proof)
    • Class 12 Marksheet and Passing Certificate
    • Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate
    • Migration Certificate (if applicable)
    • Character Certificate from the last attended institution
    • Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID)
    • Passport-size Photographs (recent, as per application form)
    • Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS), if applicable
    • Domicile Certificate (if required by the university norms)
    • Medical Fitness Certificate
    • Counselling / Admission Fee Payment Receipt

    Candidates must ensure that all details in the documents match the information provided in the application form. Failure to produce valid documents may lead to cancellation of admission.
