- UCEED 2026 Admit Card
- UCEED 2026 Scorecard / Rank Card printout
- Class 10th mark sheet and certificate (for date of birth proof)
- Class 12th mark sheet and passing certificate
- Valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving Licence)
- Category certificate (SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS – if applicable, in prescribed format)
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Seat allotment letter / provisional admission letter
- Counselling registration fee payment receipt
- Transfer Certificate (TC) / Migration Certificate (if required by the admitting institute)
