Documents Required at TSLPRB Recruitment 2022 counselling
- Date of birth certificate or secondary school/matriculation certificate with date of birth
- Mark sheet/certificate of class 10 and 12 examination
- SC/ST/OBC categories must bring the caste/community certificate issued by the competent authority
- Certificate from the competent authority in respect of state government employees / those who worked in the army, navy or air force of the Indian Union
- Residence certificate of the agency area issued by the competent authority of government of Telangana in respect of candidates belonging to ST & aboriginal tribes of areas of Mehboob Nagar, Adilabad, Warangal and Khammam districts claiming reservation
- Ex-servicemen certificate/meritorious sports person certificate for claiming reservation
- No objection certificate by the serving armed forces personnel
- In case of widow, death certificate of her husband together with the affidavit that she has not re-married since, for claiming age relaxation
- Certified copy of the judgement / decree in the case of divorced women / judicially separated together with the affidavit that she has not remarried since for claiming age relaxation.
