Documents Required at NExT 2026 counselling
Candidates participating in the NExT 2026 counselling process must carry the following documents for verification at the allotted medical college:
- NExT 2026 Admit Card
- NExT 2026 Scorecard / Rank Letter
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- MBBS Mark Sheets (All Professional Years)
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by NMC or State Medical Council
- Class 10 Certificate (for date of birth proof)
- Class 12 Mark Sheet and Certificate
- Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / PAN Card)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size Photographs
- Seat Allotment Letter issued during counselling
Candidates must bring original documents along with photocopies during the counselling and admission process. Failure to produce the required documents may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
